Grace Reintegration Services, Inc (GRS), has developed a comprehensive approach to assisting these heroes in their efforts to transition back into civilian life. Through the generosity of donors and with government grants supplementing standard financing, GRS will provide temporary shelter, career counseling, vocational training, business incubator programs, and support services to combat PTSD, depression, and substance abuse.

Many American veterans face formidable challenges upon returning home from their individual tour of duty. Not only can their job prospects be negatively impacted by disability rates, which are much higher than their civilian counterparts, but the emotional issues associated with traumatic experiences that they endured in the field can hinder their ability to adjust to civilian life. Homelessness, substance abuse, unemployment, and domestic issues are all serious challenges encountered by our military heroes.
