Randy Gruber brings 35 years experience in Corporate Management, Sales, Marketing and Technical Operations. Randy spent 23 years with Home Shopping Network (HSN) where he served as the Director of Television Operations. At HSN Mr. Gruber managed all operational aspects of a twenty-four hour Broadcasting Network with a departmental staff of seventy-seven. Mr. Gruber was responsible for all hiring, training, scheduling, and employee relations. Mr. Gruber achieved 72% budget reductions and achieved substantial cost savings while bringing technology to streamline operations. Since leaving HSN in 2009, Mr. Gruber has worked as a Business Development consultant with numerous start-ups, early stage and established businesses to oversee corporate operations for manufacturing, mining, and financial services. Mr. Gruber has also assisted in the annual compliance audits of corporate organizations registered with the US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC).
